These are melt-in-your-mouth decadent beauties! We love truffles because they are so quick, easy, and are absolutely beautiful! No one would ever know you didn’t spend hours creating perfection. Toppings are up to your creative hearts desire! In our pictures you see pistachio (crushed), unsweet cocoa powder, unsweet shredded coconut, and crushed and sifted, freeze dried raspberries! 1 cup chocolate of your choice, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 dark chocolate grön bar, chopped
How it’s done:
Warm heavy cream to just before boiling. Remove from heat.
Pour over all the chopped chocolate in a medium bowl. Whisk until blended well.
Chill in the fridge until dense enough to roll. Scoop out a heaping tablespoon and roll in hands until rounded.
Gently roll onto topping of your choice and place in a dish. Serve immediately, or wrap and store in the fridge. Let the truffles rest at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with: Late night hors d’oeuvre and a seasonal cocktail.
