Chocolate Avocado Spread
An unexpected place for chocolate is avocado! We wanted to to try our own version of this trendy treat by using our Master Grönache recipe. The creamy texture of the avocado blends quite perfectly with the chocolate. Creating a spread that is full of good fats, and lightly sweet chocolate, a perfect way to fuel up and elevate your day! We find it best to use a food processor, but this can be as easy as just using a fork.
1/4 cup grönache, warmed
Sprinkle of sea salt
Toasted bread of your choice
How it’s done:
Mash avocado and warmed grönache in a bowl or food processor until blended well.
Spread on toasted bread and sprinkle with sea salt.
Serve with: Breakfast in the morning or as a late night snack with a cup of hot cocao!
